I want to be a person who doesn't look down on something because it's easy to deal with and who doesn't give up easily even if the problem is too difficult.
It is hard to maintain the balance.

Yes, it is a good ambition, becoming well balanced, Saku.
You probably want to say "a person who doesn't look down ON something" (it's just the usual phrase, we say you look down on something when you are critical or dismissive of it; and I think that's what you mean).
And you want to say "easy to deal WITH" (or possibly easy to do, if that's what you mean).
And finally, when you write you want to be a person who doesn't become weak because the problem is too difficult--the phrasing isn't wrong here, but a little odd. I would probably write something like I want to be a person....who doesn't give up because the problem is too difficult.
But is that what you mean when you say you don't want to become weak? You mean you want to keep trying, even though it's hard?
Good thought!
