Now, I'm suffering from study, but it's only the matter of myself.
So that, from the people who have some responsibilities for other people, I think that I look naive.

This is an interesting use of the word "naive", which usually means kind of innocent, possibly foolish.
I understand what you are saying--that you are aware that what is troubling you is perhaps a small thing in relation to those who have responsibility for others, and heavier things to worry them.
I am not quite certain that this makes you naive, however, and I am trying to think of the exact word for what you are trying to say here. And, for the life of me, I can't! I'll think about it some more and post again if I can figure this out (there is a word, there is!!)
