It's better to have a more relaxed mind, when you are very busy. So that you don't make a mistake or give pressure to others.
One way to become more relaxed is to breathe slowly.

You are so right, Saku. The word you want, however, is breathe (with an "e" at the end). We breathe in and out slowly, taking deep breaths. I think "breath" is the noun, while "breathe" is the verb.
