"After You"

Today, for the first time I clearly showed "after you" to a person when we ride a bus.
I usually walk slowly and ride a bus after other people ride, but I've never waved a hand saying "after you" to other people. But today, when the girl who came after me gestured to me to ride first (I was looking a bus schedule on a pole), I noticed that she was actually standing nearer to the door, so I moved my hand to show "after you." We smiled, and she rode first.
I felt so good.
