Well, not for me...and not octopus, I think. I had octopus in Portugal years ago, and it really was kind of tasty (if very chewy). But when I cook I'm afraid I worry about whether I will burn something or put in too much salt or something.
Still, doing things one does well does help the mind clear, I agree.
