Except Studying

Today is Saturday.
I did nothing, ...no, I did many things --- except studying.

Missed

Oh, I missed "today" again.
I was on my sofa, and without realizing, time has passed.
(In short, I slept.)

This is because such person is closing one's eyes to other people.

(The larger the number of hits, the more common the phrase.)

It's a convenient tool for this kind of checking.

Timing

There is a time when we mess up the timing and miss all important things.

If this world becomes peaceful, and we can use freely the whole money used for military, let's construct hospitals, schools, and amusement parks all over the Earth.

It'll be by far better than doing wars and also much much more fun.

When I was a child, I heard that "Even adults do study," and I really wondered how they do it. I thought that there are no textbooks prepared for adults.

But, I now understand.
