I heard that the toilet-paper of the high-end shopping center's restroom must not be the cheap (single and really thin) one.
I strongly agree with this opinion!

Well, yes, you'd think a fancy place would spare no cost.
I remember my shock when I visited London many many years ago (like 30 or 40) and discovered the toilet paper in the British Museum was harsh and kind of like waxed paper, and that each sheet was printed with something like "Property of the Crown".
I wonder if it is still like this.
Ah, that's awful.
I hope they changed to a soft, double plied one.
