not stupid, dear. And sometimes I think it is important to "waste time". It gives you breathing space. Sometimes we need rest from the many things we fill our lives with. (that last sentence is bad English, technically. I should have written "Sometimes we need rest from the many things with which we fill our lives.") (just so you know! don't want to give you bad examples)

I'm glad, saku. Sometimes I think you are very hard on yourself. It is admirable that you work hard, but sometimes you need to be gentle with yourself, just as you would be with someone else, and take a little time to be silly or just "space out".
