yes it is, Saku. We have been without power some days, in the snow (we aren't used to much snow here). Power is on now, and we marvel at things like lights that aren't candles--and computers!
I'm grad that power came back to your area. It's too scary to imagine there is no power in the snow.
I give thanks to modern amenities.
