When she has some emotions toward a person, the person usually have the same emotions toward her. The same type of emotions occur in both minds simultaneously.
Therefore, it's an illusion if one likes a person but the person doesn't.
And, it's a jealousy if one hates a person but the person does not.
What do you think?

This might bear some thinking about. I think that we often attribute to others what we ourselves are feeling. Often when someone annoys me, I discover the trait I find annoying is all too familiar to me--one of my own.
So, perhaps you are right.
Though, what do you make of those times someone falls in love with someone who barely sees the person is there? This does happen (I have been on both sides in that in my life!). The loving feeling is real--but it isn't necessarily returned.
Thought provoking!
Love is something that sometimes is not just an emotion, and it is, at the same time, exceeds reason.
Its value is higher than thinking.
Thinking is so closely linked to emotion, but emotion obeys Love.
So, I don't know the answer of your question. I don't know what love really is.
I think it's the highest enigma.
As I have often said, you are a philosopher, Saku.
