There is no limit in (it would be more usual to say "to" instead of "in") imaginative power, and so this ("it" instead of "this") may also true that there is no limit in (again, "to")creative power.
And--I think you are right. Creative and imaginative power are part of the wonders of the universe--and that is infinite, with no limits.
OK. I will remember this usage of 'to.'
