Five Minutes

I think that if one can listen quietly other's story for about five minutes, most of her worries about relationships will disappear.

Thoughts

So many thoughts pass in my head everyday, but the really really important thoughts are only a few.

Today

Today is not good for study.
I mean, I couldn't concentrate at all. What should I do?

Mmm...

Well, days like this happen.
(I know that I shouldn't relax too much, though.)

To Communicate Well

To communicate well with others, thinking about the level and the reaction of the person before you is very important.

I'm not good at this, but I am training.

Inspiration

Inspiration is in the stillness.

On a Bright and Clear Day

On a bright and clear day, I see many more colors than a normal day.
By reflecting the strong sunlight, each color starts standing out very vigorously, and I find myself in the world ten times more colorful than the other days.

It's really good to know that there are this many colors already existing in this world.

Tromboon

There is an instrument called "Tromboon."
It has really really funny sound. I heard this sound from the radio, and laughed. So I wanted to put a link to its sample sound, but I couldn't find any MP3 format sample, so the best I can do is to put the Wikipedia page which offers the sample in Ogg format. I hope your computer can play the Ogg format.

Empty

It's important to empty our head at times.
It invigorates our minds.

Gladiolus

I got gladiolus from my friend.
(She got them from her host-mother.)
With three together, it's gorgeous.

Be Patient

Until the time comes, one doesn't meet a person who has a big influence to her.
Until the time comes, one doesn't notice something that is important.
Until the time comes, one cannot convert ideas into action.

The phase I need now is
"Be patient."

Imperfection

When I can finally play the note that I couldn't play or the rhyme that I couldn't get, I feel great joy.

This is why (to find this kind of joy), we may born in imperfection.

Dracaena

I have three pieces of vase of lucky bamboo in my room.
I've kept this for about a year and whole that time, I've thought that this is a kind of bamboo.
But the day before yesterday, when I was searching about this plant, I encountered new knowledge!
"This plant is not bamboo at all, but the plant called 'Dracaena sanderiana'. "
I was very very surprised.

Getting new knowledge is always exciting.

The Olympic Mountains

Today, I saw the beautiful mountains over the sea.
It's the Olympic Mountains in Washington, U.S.
From Victoria, when we have the clear air, we see this beautiful mountains, and we always love to see it.
That overwhelming sight always makes us think about the greatness of the nature.

The Church Bell

Today, I heard the peal of a church's bell.
I don't know which church, but there must be wedding or something.
I really like this sound.

Concentration

I feel really good after I concentrated well on my study.
I wish I'm always like this.
(Can concentrate well whenever I want)

Only the Place Changes

Now;
"She already went to Europe for ten times!"
"Really? Oh, I'm so jealous!"

In a hundred years (maybe);
"She already went to Moon for ten times!"
"Really? Oh, I'm so jealous!"

I guess, we will be not so different from now.

Music for Music

Someone plays loud music outside right now (10:30 pm). It's too loud and irritates me a bit, so I decided to play music too, but with a headphone.
Now, I feel much better.

Really

Sunset light shined from my back and there was a faint rainbow in front of me.
Today, I walked home with this scenery.
I felt really really happy.

Tuning II

I was thinking about the tuning of strings more deeply, and found another fact.
Tuning itself is not so interesting, because while I'm doing, I think that "It's not harmonized yet." Little by little, I tighten or soften the string, and when it harmonizes with another string perfectly, I feel great joy.

So, if I apply this to human relationships, it could be like this;
The two people who had fights, start to understand each other little by little, and find great joy when they make up.

Criteria

If I can keep the mind that feel beauty in flowers, cuteness in little bard's songs, and loveliness in babies, I won't derail the course.

Tuning

A string should not be too tight or loose, otherwise it won't harmonizes with other strings.
Everytime, I start with tuning and do practice, but even though I have a tuner, it's somewhat difficult to do.

But there is no tuner for tuning me in human relationships. No wonder there is always some disharmony with other people.

Came Back

I came back today at 2:05 pm!
It was a nice trip. I enjoyed the party at the close acquaintance's house. I want to visit them again, so I may go Vancouver in winter too.

Go to Vancouver

From early tomorrow morning, I'm going to Vancouver and spend two nights at there.
I think I cannot write posts for the two days, but I'll come back to Victoria on Monday afternoon, so after I come back, I'll write again.

(If I can, I'll write July 8th's post just before leaving.)

One but Different World

Everyone sees different things, so there is one world for each person.
When there are 6 billion people existing on the Each, there are 6 billion world existing all at once, but it's just like an camera angle; we are seeing one world from different positions.

"self"

There is a thing that I can completely obey existing in myself.
Not the self that I feel when I am obsessed with self-hatred, but the self that I feel when I am proud of myself.
I want to remember the latter "self" all the time.

Doodling

Today, I spent whole day at home, and did nothing.
It was so nice feeling!

Limit

There is no limit to imaginative power, and so it may also true that there is no limit to creative power.

Go on

I don't want to be trapped in one state, so I go on.
